文档介绍：河北工业大学工商管理硕士(MBA)学位论文 Dissertation Submitted to Hebei University of Technology for The Master Degree of Business Administration THE RESEARCH FOR DEVELOPMENT STRATEGY OF CANGZHOU INDUSTRY A ND TRADE SCHOOL by Lang Wenge Supervisor: Prof. Sun Liwen June 2013 河北工业大学工商管理硕士(MBA)学位论文 i 摘要中等职业教育是我国教育体系中的一个环节,担负着培养高素质的初、中级劳动者和技能型人才的使命,在中国实行创新驱动战略、推进经济结构战略性调整的背景下,中等职业教育越来越受到关注。 2011 年沧州市人民政府决定将市区四所中等职业学校合并更名为沧州工贸学校,整体并入沧州职业技术学院并保留沧州工贸学校的独立建制,2012 年沧州工贸学校国家教育改革发展示范校建设项目立项,沧州工贸学校的发展进入了一个崭新的阶段,面对整合之初内部的矛盾、创建示范校的诸多困难,环境复杂、竞争激烈, 研究并制定科学的发展战略己成为沧州工贸学校的当务之急。本文以沧州工贸学校为研究对象,按照发现问题--分析问题--解决问题的研究思路开展工作。利用企业战略管理的理论和方法,通过PEST 分析模型、波特五力模型对沧州工贸学校的外部环境进行研究和分析,找到影响学校发展的外部机会和威胁;又通过学校资源和价值链分析对沧州工贸学校的内部环境进行研究和分析,确定影响学校发展的内部优势和劣势;在此基础上,通过SWOT 矩阵的进一步分析,提出可供沧州工贸学校选择的战略方案;通过对备选战略的分析,选出适合学校的发展战略;最后,提出沧州工贸学校发展战略实施的措施和保障。关键字:中等职业学校,发展战略,SWOT分析沧州工贸学校发展战略研究 ii ABSTRACT Secondary vocational education is one of the education system in China, undertakes the mission to train elementary and intermediate workers and skilled talents. In china, it is paid more and more attention in the bac kground of implementing strategy driven by innovation and Accelerating strate gic economic restructuring. In 2011, Cangzhou municipal government made a decision to create one of the National Model Schools : a merger was impl emented among Four Secondary vocational schools of city, since then she has entitled her new name Cangzhou Industry and Trade School, and has been incorporated into Ca ngzhou Vocational College of Technology but still keeps independent establishment. Th e development of Cangzhou Industry and Trade School has entered a new stage.
