文档介绍:单位代码 10475 学号 104754100429 分类号 硕士学位论文( 专业学位) YT公司人才流失问题研究专业学位领域:工商管理专业学位类别:工商管理硕士申请人:叶晓斌指导教师:王金献教授二〇一二年十月 The Study of Brain Drain based on pany A Dissertation Submitted to the Graduate School of Henan University in Partial Fulfillment of the Requirements for the Degree of Master of Business Administration By Ye Xiaobin Supervisor: Prof .Wang Jinxian October, 2012 I 摘要在竞争白热化的今天,正常的人才流动对企业持续优化人力结构、保持健康快速发展是有利的。但是如果企业的人才流动过于频繁,尤其是企业中承担着重要的职责、掌握着核心技术或企业重要资源的骨干型人才的流失,势必会影响到企业的稳定与持续发展,大量的人才流失会造成企业的不稳定,员工产生危机感,同时也会造成人工成本的浪费,泄露关系企业核心竞争力的机密,严重时会使得企业的生存与发展都面临巨大的危机。因此,如何做好人才的选用育留,充分留住并用好人才,不仅是人力资源管理学科的重要研究课题之一,也是所有企业在进行人力资源管理时的首要任务。所以对人才流失问题进行研究对于现代企业的长期发展有着极其重要的意义。本文以YT公司为研究背景,以其人力资源管理现状和人才流失状况为研究对象, 通过对人才流失和员工激励相关理论的学习,对YT公司人力资源的基本情况以及人才流失的现状进行系统分析,通过员工满意度和人力资源管理满意度等的调查,发现该公司在人力资源管理过程中的问题及人才流失的深层次原因,并指出员工流失可能会给公司造成的影响,在此基础上,基于员工流失的相关理论提出针对性的解决人才流失问题的策略,并提出相应的实施保障措施。希望本文能为YT公司及其他面临着类似的人才流失问题困扰的企业提供一定的借鉴和参考。关键词:人才流失,人力资源管理,调查研究 III ABSTRACT Famous management guru Peter Drucker, "The so-called enterprise management,ultimately Personnel Management of the management, is synonymous with enterprisemanagement."
