文档介绍：兰州大学硕士学位论文 M公司质量管理改善研究姓名:郑轩申请学位级别:硕士专业:工商管理指导教师:李桥兴 2012-11 MBA学位论文作者:郑轩 M公司质量管理改善研究中文摘要本文是在对M公司的质量管理进行全面调研的基础上,运用质量管理的理论和工具,并结合M公司质量管理的实际情况,对M公司的质量管理体系进行研究。通过分析企业在质量管理中存在的问题和不足,提出相应的改善对策, 获得其提升质量管理的途径和方法。首先,本文论述了M公司质量管理的现况,在此基础上提出公司目前面临的问题:公司产品逐步走入高端市场,客户对质量要求提高,产品逐步由东莞转入内地城市生产,质量管理跟不上,产品质量无法满足客户需求,导致客户抱怨增加,客户退货不断,严重影响了公司的发展,~l公司面临必须提升质量管理的状况。其次,运用质量管理理论知识,指出M公司在质量管理基础、设计过程、采购和供应商管理过程、外协厂管理、生产控制过程、质量管理体系及企业文化等质量管理方面存在的问题和不足,运用全面质量管理理论,以及运用特性要因图、柏拉图、直方图等质量工具进行分析,提出相应的改善措施。通过加强质量管理基础工作,优化设计过程,完善采购和供应商管理以及外协厂管理, 强化生产制程控制,完善质量体系建设,强化企业文化等方面的改善,不断加强和完善公司整个质量体系运作,提升公司的质量管理。笔者对M公司的质量管理及质量管理改善工作进行了直接和全面的参与和管理,在实践的基础上对企业的质量管理工作进行了研究,并提出了自己的一些意见和看法,希望能够提升M公司质量管理水平,提高产品质量,进而提升公司的竞争力。关键词:质量,管理,持续改善,原因,对策姒学位论文作者:郑轩 M公司质量管理改善研究 ABSTRACT pletely about pany inthequalitymanagement and USeS thequalitymanagement theory and tools,bines withthe actual conditions of thequalitymanagement pany,the articlestudiesthequalitymanagement system of Mcompany anddiscussesthemethod forpromoting forward the existedproblems and thedeficiency ofthequalitymanagement inenterprise,theproblems ale analyzed andput forwardthecorresponding improvement actions.
