航空机载超短波电台效能评估研究

【摘 要】通信效能是军事通信装备通信能力的有效度量。以机载超短波电台为评价对象～选择具有代表性的指标体系作为效能评估指标～综合利用 ADC 法、层次分析法和云理论建立了航空机载超短波电台效能评估模型。对模型中的各指标分 类进行归一化处理～并基于云模型确定各层指标之间的隶属度函数～实现了建立有效评估机载超短波电台效能模型的目标。

Effectiveness Evaluation of the Airborne VHF Radio

【Abstract】The effectiveness is the most virtual measure of military communication equipment. By taking theairborne VHF radio as the evaluation target, choosing the representative index system as the effectiveness index, and comprehensively using ADC law, analytic hierarchy process and cloud theory, the effectiveness evaluation model of airborne VHF radio is established. The index in model is normalized, and the degree of membership between the indexes based on the cloud theory determined. And the goal for establishing airborne VHF radio evaluation model is finally achieved.
