摘要:
当今社会己进入信息社会时代。信息己经受到社会的广泛关注,被看作社会和科学技术发展的三大支柱(材料、能源、信息）.信息是管理的基础，，信息己作为人力、物力、财力之外的第四种能源,占有重要的地位。然而,信息是一种非物质的,有别于基本资源的新形式的资源。信息也是管理的对象,必须进行管理和控制。
本文主要介绍了基于javａ的大学生就业管理信息系统的设计,本系统主要采用JSP为编程语言,实现了大学生就业管理信息系统的招聘管理、就业信息、作品信息、个人、企业用户注册等功能。本系统操作简单,使用方便。
让计算机辅助就业管理活动,可以极大地增强管理者采集、处理信息的能力，从而有利于管理者及时决策，提高机构管理的质量和效率。计算机系统能根据管理过程的变化情况,将原始数据、资料等进行加工、保存，管理人员可以在解决具体问题需要信息资料时，随时进行检索查询，了解整个管理系统的动态情况，进行动态管理。

In this pａper， ｂased on tｈｅ Ｊ2EE platform ｆｏｒ the desiｇn of thｅ instｉtutionｓ oｆ employmeｎt， ｔhe syｓtem maｉnly usｅs JSP ａｓ tｈｅ ｐrograｍminｇ language, to achｉeve tｈｅ iｎｓtituｔionｓ tｈe rｅcｒuitmｅnｔ job sｉte managemeｎt plaｔｆoｒm, eｍploｙmｅｎt infｏrmaｔion, work inｆoｒmaｔion， personａｌ， businｅss uｓer reｇistrａｔion functioｎs. Thｅ system is simple, easy to use。
