基于C/S模式小区物业水电气集成收费系统的设计与开发
摘要：本文介绍了小区物业水电气集成收费系统开发全过程。系统的开发采用Delphi 和 Access 2000（cn），作为开发平台，完成一个基于C/S模式的设计。
本系统是目前市场上比较少见的物业管理之一，它主要包含以下几个模块：业主的添加、用户的添加以及权限的设定、水信息的设置、电信息的设置、气信息的设置、以及费用的登记和记录等。从而，实现对每个业主进行实际记录各种能源的使用状况。
本文系统分析了软件开发的背景及过程；首先介绍了软件的开发环境，其次介绍了本软件的详细设计过程：数据库的设计、各个模块的设计和实现，以及具体界面的设计和功能。最后对在本软件开发过程中的问题进行了总结。
通过阅读该论文，读者可以了解到“小区物业水电气集成收费系统”的规划、设计过程，掌握系统的功能。同时对当前比较具有代表性的BARLAND公司开发工具DELPHI 和微软公司的功能强大的数据库开发工具Access 2000 以及数据库连接技术有一定了解。

The Development of Property chargement ManageInformation System Based on C/S Mode
Abstract：
The paper narrates the total process about the Property chargement ManageInformation System 。 This system based on C/S Mode and it is developed with and Access 2000.
The system was little customized for market and included several module such as: add owner、
Setting Popedom 、setting of water Electronic gas information、register of charging and recorde。Thus， it recorded the owner’s information of useing energy.
The paper systematically analyses the system development background and development process. Firstly, the paper introduce the software development circumstance, secondly, it discussed the system development detailed design process which includes database designing, function blocks designing and implement and interface designing as well. Finally, I summarize some problems that met during the course of development.
