文档介绍：摘要 19世纪,随着现代工业发展,城市化进程加快,人与自然的隔离越来越大,如何在城市中引入自然,合理城乡结合,乡村旅游在欧洲应运而生。我国的乡村旅游起步较晚,兴起于20世纪80年代改革开放之后,发展于20世纪90年代中后期。继 1998年“中国城乡游"之后,我国乡村旅游呈现出迅猛的发展势头,但对其理论研究滞后于其发展速度。乡村旅游的发展,为优化地方产业结构,增加农村就业机会, 科学开发地方旅游资源,建立可持续经济增长模式都带了新的机会和思路。四川省宜宾市乡村旅游资源丰富,如何整合、有效开发利用这些资源,形成富有地方特色的乡村旅游,促进新农村建设,是亟待研究解决的问题。本文通过文献查阅,实地调查分析,研究乡村旅游的产生背景、发展规律,结合宜宾乡村旅游开发实例,探讨宜宾市乡村旅游开发的策略。全文从介绍了乡村旅游产生的背景、现状,本论文研究的意义和方法。通过对基础理论的研究,结合宜宾市乡村旅游实例,分析宜宾市乡村旅游开发的现状,找出其发展中景区附属型居多、发展模式单一、地区旅游资源差异明显、缺乏科学规划和规范管理等问题。进而通过SWOT对宜宾市乡村旅游客源市场、资源发布、发展潜力等进行分析,得出宜宾有丰富的自然资源和民俗资源、悠久的历史文化资源和人文资源、雄厚的农业基础资源等优势,但政府和乡村旅游的经营者对乡村旅游认识不足、专业人才匮乏,管理不规范、乡村旅游产品还比较粗糙,深度开发不够等都导致当今的宜宾乡村旅游缺乏科学规划合理开发。本文继而提出政府主导基础、市场主导产品、业主主导投资“三主导";依托主流景区、依托中心城镇、依托特色农业、依托生态文化“四依托";标准化规范、特色化竞争、品牌化提升、安全化生存、资本化重构的“五方向’’为解决思路。通过研究,本文有针对性、地提出了突出地方特色、建立乡村旅游产品品牌;加强旅游规划和培训管理,提高乡村旅游相关人员的综合素质;完善基础设施,提高服务质量:选择长宁竹海景区和兴文石海景区开发为龙头,带动其他地方乡村旅游,形成系统链。关键词:乡村旅游;开发;宜宾市 I Abstract 9thcentury,with modern industrialdevelopment,urbanization,isolation ofman and nature,more andmore,how tointroduce natural inthecity,a bination of urbanand ruralareas,ruraltourisminEurope came 's ruraltourism alate start,late20thcentury,80 years ofreform,development inthe 20th century inthelate the998”Urbanand RuralChina Tour"aftershowing arapid ruraltourism development momentum,but itsgrowth rate lags behind development ofruraltourism inorder tooptimize the localindustrialstructure,increase rural employment opportunities,scientific development of local tourism resources, sustainable economic growth have brought new opportunities and City in Sichuan Province is richin rcsourc宅s ofruraltourism,how tointegrate theeffective development and s,theformation oflocal characteristics of ruraltourism,promotion ofnew ruralconstruction,is theurgent needtostudy and solve problems.
