摘要
本文分别采用异氰酸酯(MDI)、聚乙二醇(PEG)和聚乙烯醇(PVA)对酚醛树脂
进行单一增韧和两两复合增韧,再以包覆聚磷酸铵(APP)/三聚氰胺(MEL)/季戊四醇
(PER)协效阻燃及和包覆三聚氰胺聚磷酸盐(MPP)为阻燃剂,从而研制出新型阻燃改
性酚醛泡沫塑料。
本文对改性的酚醛泡沫进行了红外测试(IR),扫描电镜(SEM)分析、冲击强度测
试、拉伸强度测试、吸水率、表观密度以及粉化率测试。结果表明:复合增韧较单一增韧
酚醛泡沫的效果好,冲击强度较纯酚醛泡沫增加了 ,较单一改性增加了
kJ/m2,拉伸强度也提高了 ;阻燃剂的引入使酚醛泡沫塑料具备了更好的阻燃性
能和热稳定性能,燃烧时间下降到 10s,达到了难燃标准。本文列出了此种增韧阻燃酚醛
泡沫塑料的最佳配比。

Abstract
The paper modifies phenolic resin with the polyurethane (MDI), PEG, PVA by single
toughing and between posite toughing way, and takes gable ammonium polyphosphate
(APP) / melamine (MEL)/ pentaerythritol (PER) and gable melamine gathers phosphate (MPP)
as the coordinated fire-retardant. Thus it prepares new type flame-retardant phenolic foam.
This article carries on the infrared test (IR), SEM test, iMPact strength test, tensile strength
test water absorption, apparent density and chalking rate test to the toughening modification
phenolic foam. The result indicates that, posite toughing phenolic foam has better
mechanics performance than single toughing phenolic foam, the increased impact strength is
and , compared with pure and single modification, and tensile strength
also increases ; the phenolic foam has better flame retardancy and thermal stability as
the introduction of fire retardant. Burning time decreases to 10s, reaches the flame retardant
standards. This article lists the best allocated proportion.
