文档介绍：南京航空航天人学硕七学位论文摘要超声检测是无损检测领域中一种非常重要的方法,已被J-“泛地应用于机械制造、石油化工和国防工业等领域,已经成为保证产品质量、确保设备安全的重要方法。超声检测的数字化已经成为超声检测仪器发展的必然趋势。由于超声检测多在野外或施工现场进行,要求携带方便;而且现有仪器的硬件平台类型多样,每次更换平台都会带来上层软件的重新设计。针对以上情况,本文提出了一种基于嵌入式 Linux平台的手持式数字化超声波探伤仪应用软件设计。模块化的设计使系统对底层硬件平台的依赖小,提高了系统集成度,降低了系统成本,而且功能完善,具有良好的人机交互接口。本文主要研究手持式超声波探伤仪的应用软件设计,针对这一要求,进行了理论分析研究、系统设计和软件框架构造等工作。本系统软件主要分为六个模块:主控模块、探伤核心模块、人机交互模块、图形绘制模块、PC机上探伤报告打印模块和驱动模块。文章详细阐述了各个模块的功能分析和设计思想,对系统软件的关键技术和特殊功能的实现也进行了研究。文章最后对设计工作进行了总结,并对超声波探伤仪进行了一些技术上的展望。关键词:超声波探伤,嵌入式系统,Linux,Qt/Embedded 手持式超声波探伤仪应用软件设计 ABSTRACT Ultrasonic testing averyimportant method inthefieldofnondestructive testing,which has been widely used inmachine manufacture,petrochemical,defense industry and SO allimportant method toguarantee thequality ofproduct andensure thesafety research ofthedigital ultrasonic testing device e inevitable trendinworld. Because ultrasonic testing usually carried out inthe file or on construction site,SO the instrument demanded easy tocarry;and thereare somany types ofhardware platforms thateach change willbring theappliance ofthe situation above,this paper presents an applicable softwaredesign forthehandhelddistal ultrasonic flawdetector,which based onembedded modular design makes thesystemsmall dependence on theunderlying hardware platform,and improves the system integration,reduceses system cost,and has a 900d puter interactive interface. The articledetailed analysis thefunctionsanddesign ideas ofeachmodule,and studies thekey technologies andspecial functions ofthesystem theend,the paper summarizes the designwork,and makes future vision ofapplication technology forultrasonic flaw detector.
