文档介绍：I 辽宁省满族文化产业政策研究中文摘要随着知识经济时代的到来,文化产业借助于科学技术得到了迅猛的发展。文化产业虽然是“朝阳产业”,但其已经被喻为“黄金产业”。尤其是 2008 年爆发的全球金融危机以来,文化产业成为各个国家经济增长的新的增长点。文化产业的发展对各个国家、地区的经济和生活都带来了深远的影响。改革开放 30 多年来,我国的文化产业得到了蓬勃发展,辽宁省的文化产业也得到了快速发展。依据特色文化、民族文化发展区域文化产业,是文化产业发展的必然选择。文化产业政策是国家产业政策的重要组成部分,政府的文化产业政策对文化产业的健康发展至关重要。文化产业政策促进和引导文化产业的发展,文化产业的发展离不开一系列文化产业政策的扶持和保障。研究辽宁省满族文化产业政策主要以辽宁省满族文化产业政策现状为依托, 针对辽宁省满族文化产业政策存在的满族文化产业相关法律、法规不完备、政府财政投入少、缺乏竞争力等问题进行分析和研究,进而提出完善辽宁省满族文化产业政策的建议。政府要重视建立调整相应法律法规,配备相配套的政策措施;推动调整满族文化产业政策结构,制定满族文化产业的发展规划;培养满族文化消费市场,增强满族文化产品的市场竞争力; 加大政府财政投入, 吸引鼓励多样化投资主体; 培养、吸引满族文化产业专业人才;增加科技因素,鼓励创新,建立满族文化创意产业。关键词:满族文化;文化产业;产业政策;文化产业政策 II The Research of the Manchu Cultural Industry Policy in Liaoning Province Abstract With ing of the knowledge economy era, the culture industry by means of the science and technology has been rapid developmen t. Although the cultural industry is "sunrise industry ", but it has been known as the "golden industry." In particular, the 2008 outbreak of the global fi nancial crisis, the cultural industry has e the country's economic growth in all the new growth point. The development of cultural industry in various countries and regions has brought the economy and life of a far-reaching impact. More than 30 years reform and opening up, China's cultural industry has been booming; Liaoning’s cu ltural industry ha s also been rapid development. Based on characteristics of culture and ethnic culture, the development of regional cultural industry is the inevitable choice for the development of cultural industry. The cultural industria l policy is an important pa rt of the state's industrial policy, the Government's cultural industr ial policy is essent ial to the healthy development of the cultural industry.
