企业电子商务与ERP集成研究
摘要
企业要走国际化、规范化、规模化的道路,ERP的引入是必不可少的,是企业发展的必然。随着市场竞争的日益加剧,企业原有的管理体制已经不能适应市场的发展,通过单一环节或是层次的管理已不足以解决所面临的复杂管理问题,整合和系统化的管理已经成为具备一定管理基础的企业的普遍选择。而ERP注重企业管理的全面性、系统性,重视企业与外界的关系,支持全球化经营等,同时ERP还能使厂商以更低的成本为客户提供更多的服务。首先,本文分析了我国电子商务发展的现状,指出我国传统企业电子商务建设的误区,论述传统企业电子商务系统与ERP系统集成的必要性和可行性,明确提出了本文的研究目标和研究内容。然后,介绍了电子商务与ERP集成的基础理论和相关技术,分析了典型企业现有的集成设计目标,提出了电子商务系统与ERP系统的集成策略与初步方案企业电子商务与ERP集成的必要。最后,全文对基于Web服务电子商务与ERP集成模式的研究进行了总结,对电子商务与ERP集成模式的进一步改善进行了展望。

Research on the Integration of ERP's System and merce Based on XML puter Application Technology Name:Cui Haiwen(Signature)Instructor:Gong Shangfu(Signature)ABSTRACT Enterprises will develop with internationalization, standardization and scale, ERP's system is absolutely necessarily. Along with markets' competition, Enterprises' intrinsic manage system is not fit to the markets' development. Via singleness tache or arrangement's manage is deficiency to solving plex management problem. Conformmity and system atism management has turned into the enterprises rifeness choice. While ERP's system pay attention to prehensive and systemic management, attach importance to the enterprises and environment's connection, support global enterprise services and so on, simultaneity ERP's system is able to offer more services with lower cost. First of all, the paper analyzes the status of merce development in China, points out the errors of traditional construction business merce, discusses the traditional ERP systems and enterprise e-business necessity and feasibility of system integration, clearly put forward the goal of this study and research.
