【摘要】目的：探讨普外科手术患者术 后切KI感染的危险因素及预防措施。方法： 对3 146例普外科手术患者进行回顾性分析。 结果：3146例外科手术患者有152例发生切 口感染，感染率为4. 84%。结论：外科手 术患者易发生切口感染， 针对各种相关因素
采取相应预防措施可减少切口感染。

[Abstract 】Objective : To investigate the visk factors of operative incision infection in general surgery department and its preventive measures . Methods : The rate of postoperative incision infection of 3146 ca . ses in general surgery department was retrospectively analysed.

l资料与方法
病例选择：2003年1月〜2005年l2月我 院普外科行手术治疗患者 3 146例，其中男
1 825例，女l 321例，年龄3〜88岁。1. 2 诊断标准：参照卫生部〈〈医院感染诊断标准
(试行)〉〉。
2结果
感染与住院时间：152例切13感染患者
5天，最长216天，切口 感染与住院时间关系分布见表 1。
