【摘要】 目的评价某营养胶囊对动
物是否具有增强免疫力的功能。方法 选用 正常动物，连续30天灌胃后，按照〈〈保健 食品检验与评价技术规范》进行试验。结果 经30天灌胃后，3个剂量组动物的抗体生成 细胞数明显增加，与阴性对照组比较差异有 显着性（，，）；3个剂量组动物的吞噬率及吞 噬指数与对照组比较，也差异有显着性 （）。
结论该营养胶囊对动物具有增强免疫力的 作用。

[Abstract]Objective To evaluate whether a nutrient capsule could improve animal ' s immunity or Chose healthy animals and gave the nutrient capsule to them by gavage,then performed tests according to Technical Standards for Testing & Assessment of Health Bng gave the nutrient capsule by gavage after 30 days,the ability of the lymphocytes
proliferation of the three dosage groups were obviously enhanced. There were significant differences between these two groups and the negative control group( ,, ). The phagocytic percentage and the phagocytic index of the low-dosage group and the high-dosage group were significantly different from the negative control group().
Conclusion The nutrient capsule could improve animal ' s immuni ty.

为评价某营养胶囊对动物是否具有增 强免疫力的功能，笔者以该营养胶囊给小鼠 连续灌胃30天后观察各项指标，现将实验 方法与结果分析如下。
1材料与方法
材料
样品 由陕西绿贝保健品有限公司提供 的某营养胶囊，胶囊内容物为棕褐色粉末， 人体每日量为1500mg/(60kg - BW)
动物 昆明种雌性小鼠，144只，体重 18〜
22g,由四川抗菌素研究所实验动物中 心提供（川实动字2003-005 , SPF级）。
主要仪器和试剂绵羊红细胞（SRBC）, HankS液、SA缓冲液、RPMI1640液、酶联免 疫检测仪等。
