文档介绍：疏血通注射液治疗急性脑梗死的临床观察摘要: 目的观察中药制剂疏血通注射液静脉滴注治疗急性脑梗死的短期临床疗效和安全性。方法选择诊断明确的急性脑梗死患者 80例,随机分成两组, 治疗组 42例, 对照组 38例。治疗组给予疏血通注射液 6ml 加入 5% 葡萄糖盐水 500 ml 中,静脉滴注, 1次/d, 14d为1 个疗程。对照组给予低分子右旋糖酐 500 ml 加入复方丹参注射液 20 ml ,静脉滴注, 1次/d, 疗程相同。结果治疗组总有效率 % , 对照组总有效率 % ( P< ) ;治疗组显效 29 例,对照组显效 18 例( P< ) 。结论疏血通注射液静脉滴注治疗急性脑梗死疗效肯定,安全可靠。关键词:药效学;疏血通;急性脑梗死;临床疗效 Clinical Nursing Observation of Shuxuetong Injection in Treatment of Acute Cerebral Infarction ZHENG Xiang-hui , LUO Ling , WANG Zhi-hai ( The Second Hospital of Handan , Handan 056006 , Hebei , China ) Abstract : Objective To observe the traditional Chinese medicine preparation of Shuxuetong injection in treatment of acute cerebral infarction the short-term clinical efficacy and safety .Methods The choice diagnosis explicit in patients with acute cerebral infarction and 80 people were divied into two groups : treatment group ( n=42 ) with Shuxuetong injection 6ml ( iv gtt , qd), and control ( n=38 ) with low molecular dextran 500ml ( iv gtt , qd) .Results The total efficary rate was % in treatment group and % in control ( P< ), and the patient number obtained marked efficacy was 29 in treatment group and 18 in the control group ( P< ) .Conclusion Shuxuetong injection in treatment of acute cerebral infarction isa safe , effective drug Key words : Pharmacodynamics ; Shuxuetong injection ; Acute cerebral infarction ; Cl
