文档介绍:Human Factors Engineering This two-week course, now in its48 th year, concerns the design of systems, products and services to make them easier, safer and more effective for human use. The first week focuses on human factors concepts and isa broad survey of human factors topics important to designers and researchers. puter interaction is the focus for week two and presents an overview of major topics and issues in puter interaction through workshops on selected principles, methods, and procedures that provide the foundation for design of effective puter systems and web applications. Program Dates and Location Week One: July 23-28 (Monday-Saturday), 2007 Week Two: July 30-August 3 (Monday-Friday), 2007 Ann Arbor, Michigan Who Should Attend This course is intended for engineers, psychologists, medical professionals, managers, and others interested in human factors, ergonomics, puter interaction, or usability. Attendees typically work for industry, government, or the military. Individuals with limited backgrounds in Human Factors and/or puter Interaction, individuals interested in updating their backgrounds, and managers from outside the field who are responsible for directing human factors groups have benefited.
