摘 要
目前,中国城市的机动车保有量的迅速增长与城市停车场建设滞后的矛盾十分突出,“停车难"的问题将越演越烈,为满足广大车主的停车需求,立体车库应运而生。全自动立体车库作为智能建筑的一部分以其高效、快速、安全等特点成为解决都市停车难问题最有效的途径,立体车库控制系统是实现车库安全、高效率运行的关键。本文将 PLC 控制技术应用于升降横移式立体车库,设计了升降横移式立体车库自动存取车系统,并就其机械结构、工作原理、硬件结构做了研究。本文对升降横移式立体车库的机械机构及其控制策略进行了分析和研究。阐述了升降横移式立体车库自动存取车系统的工作原理控制功能,设计了升降横移式立体车库的自动控制系统,给出了升降横移式立体车库的硬件接线图,,并给出了PLC 的硬件配置图、程序流程图和程序。

Abstract
At present, the rapid growth of urban parking contradictory city in China lags behind the vehicle population is very prominent, ”parking difficult” issue will be intensified, in order to meet the parking needs of the majority of owners, parking emerged. Automatic parking system as part of its intelligent building efficient, fast, and security features to solve urban parking problem has become the most effective way, parking garage control system is to achieve safe, efficient operation of the key。 This article PLC control technology for lifting and transferring parking garage, designed lifting and transferring parking automatic vehicle access system, and its mechanical structure, working principle, hardware structure to do the research. In this paper, lifting and transferring parking mechanical mechanism and control strategy analysis and research. Describes the automatic lifting and transferring parking access works vehicle system and its PC functionality, design the lifting and transferring parking automatic control system, given the lifting and transferring parking hardware wiring diagram, and a number of switching elements are introduced and choice。 It describes the lifting and transferring parking software design, and gives PLC hardware configuration diagram, program flow and procedures。
