【摘要】磷酸肌酸是体内一种重要的高能磷酸化合物，在体内能维持 ATP浓度恒定，也可作为能量转移和储存的载体。近年研究表明：外源性磷酸肌酸具有心肌保护作用，与其保护细胞膜、线粒体膜结构的稳定性、促进微循环、稳定细胞内腺苷酸含量等作用有关，保护作用优于ATP0基于以上研究，目前磷酸肌酸广泛用于心力衰竭、心肌梗死、体外循环、心肌炎、多器官功能不全综合征(MODS) 等疾病和治疗过程中的心肌保护。随着研究的深入，磷酸肌酸的心肌保护机制将
得到更加深入的揭示。

The Protective Effects of Phosphocreatine on Myocardium

【Abstract! Phosphocreatine(PCr) is an important high-energy phosphate compounds in animal body. It can maintain intracellular ATP concentration, is the carrier of en ergy tran sfer and storage in the body .In rece nt years, studies have show n that exoge nous PCr can protect the structure of myocardial and mitoch on drial membra ne, promote microcirculation and maintain the stability of the energy substrate number. As a myocardial protective age nt, PCr is better tha n ATP. Based on these studies, PCr is curre ntly widely used as a cardioprotective age nt in heart failure, myocardial infarction, cardiopulmonary bypass, myocarditis, multiple organ dysfunction syndrome (MODS) and so on. With the development of study on PCr, the mechanisms of its myocardial protective effects will be revealed eve n more.
