摘要
本课题题目为:D180柴油机机体底面孔组合钻床及夹具设计。设计过程主要阐述了组合钻床的工作原理,设计过程,与通用机床和普通专用机床相比的优越性,并对其主轴箱和机床夹具进行设计和计算。本课题设计的基本任务是完成机械部分的设计,主要有被加工零件的工序图、加工示意图、机床联系尺寸图、主轴箱装配图和机床夹具,以及重要零件的绘制。在设计过程中根据实际情况取得相关数据,参考有关资料,吸取前人的设计经验,并根据客观实际和掌握的现有知识进行改进。
主轴箱是组合机床的主要部件之一,按专业要求进行设计,由通用部件组成。其主要作用是:根据被加工零件的加工要求安排各主轴位置,并将动力与运动由电机或动力部件传给各工作主轴,使之得到要求的转速和转向。

Abstract
The topic of this task is:the bottom engine body of D180 8 holes building-block drill and its jig designing,it elaborated the principle bination drilling machine,the design process,the superiority pared with the universal engine bed and the ordinary special purpose machine,and carried on the design and putation to the headstock and the engine bed jig. The basic task of the designing was the machine design,mainly on ponent’s working procedure chart,the processing schematic drawing,the machine relative dimensional drawing, the headstock assembly drawing,the engine bed jig as well as the important detail drawing could obtain the correlation data in the design process according to the actual situation,the reference pertinent data,absorbing predecessor’s design experience and the exciting knowledge and making improvement according to reality and the knowledge which had grasped.
The headstock is one of aggregate machine-tool’s ponents,which carries on the design according to the specialized request,consisting of mon main function is,according to ponents processing request,arranging various main axles position, and bequeathing the power and the movement by the electrical machinery or the power part to each work main axle,enable it to obtain set rotational speed and direction.
