To actively manage the “ non-clinical ” day to day running ofa 64 bed Nursing Home. ? To be responsible for Administration, Maintenance & Facilities ? To be responsible for Security, Safety & Record keeping. ? To manage the training, mentoring and supervision of non-clinical staff. Responsibilities (1) Establish and develop munication between all members of the non-clinical & care teams. (2) Maintain a safe working environment and ensure effective and economical use of all resources. (3) Report to Managing Director when changes occur in circumstances, which affect safe, competent practice. (4) Maintain accurate and up to date documentation for all required legal records.
