民营企业生命周期不同阶段的财务战略选择
内容提要
我国的民营企业已经成为支撑国民经济和社会发展的重要力量与此同时民营
企业的短寿现象越来越受到关注问题的本质就是民营企业生命周期问题要实
现民营企业的可持续发展应该有明确的企业战略作为行动纲领而在企业整体战略
体系中财务战略处于核心地位企业财务战略的选择决定着企业财务资源配置的
取向和模式影响着企业理财活动的行为与效率企业总体财务战略思想必须着眼于
企业未来长期稳定的发展具有防范未来风险的意识
本文从企业生命周期的角度出发思考了民营企业的短寿现象为民营企业
健康持续的发展提出财务方面的建议根据企业生命周期理论按照企业业务增长
速度为标准将企业划分为四个不同的阶段初创期成长期成熟期和衰退期本文
针对民营企业生命周期特定阶段的不同特点剖析了各个阶段存在的财务问题主要
应用了管理学的观点及方法把企业战略管理引入财务领域并据此提出了适应性的
现实的财务战略选择方案来支持和配合民营企业整体企业战略的实施从而提高企
业的生命力本文的研究是这方面的一个初步尝试对民营企业生命周期各阶段的大
致划分并没有严格定性的界限区分这也是文章的一个缺陷但是这并不妨碍我们
对民营企业生命周期各阶段财务战略选择的探讨为面临资金短缺及成长不佳问题困
扰的民营企业制定财务战略从战略角度提高民营企业的发展活力对民营企业健康
持续的发展有着重要的现实意义

ABSTRACT

Since China’s reform and opening in 1978, the development of Chinese Private
Enterprises (CPEs) have e one of the significant pushing forces for China’s
economic improvement. In the meanwhile, we found that many private enterprises
stagnated and failed very quickly. We should not be surprised at the death of businesses,
but the overflow of short lifespan of CPEs has considerably astounded our society. More
and more entrepreneurs and scholars pay attention to the phenomenon of “short lifespan”
of CPEs and the key is the life cycle of CPEs.

In order to realize the sustainable development of CPEs, the enterprise must have
clear strategic planning to support the development of the business. And the financial
strategy plays a core role in the enterprise strategy system. It is increasingly important for
enterprise to supervise financial work with strategic thinking in plicated
environment nowadays. The selection of financial strategy determines the way of
allocating the financial resources and the efficiency of financial management. It includes
four parts: establishing the financial management system, financing str
