Purpose:
The purpose of this research is to assess the customer satisfaction of the services and facilities in ICWS1>. This report aims to identify the strength and weakness, then to give some suggestions to improve the overall satisfaction of ICWS.
Methodology:
Firstly, this research uses the secondary research in advance. Secondly, it uses the primary research, among this, it uses the quantitative research and qualitative research mixed in researching on this issue. The primary data identified the data assembled first hand from four respondents in interviews (online resource).further; secondary data denote the data which can be collected by doing research on academic books, journals, etc. Secondary data is obtained from some anization than the one instantaneously interested with current research project. Secondary data was collected and analyzed by the researchers to convoke the requirements of various research objectives (online resources)
This report uses Qualitative and Quantitative research approaches. The Qualitative research integrates the research on in-depth interviews to obtain students’ views on satisfaction of services and facilities provided by ICWS from students’ perspective. Quantitative method dowries a measure of degree of satisfaction of customers derived from ICWS. Moreover, this report illustrations the attitude of four interviewers from the interviews studying or graduated from ICWS of Swansea University. Respondents include international students in ICWS. 100 of Questionnaires were distributed to students studying or graduated from ICWS.
