摘要
花生去皮机主要就是将经过晾晒的花生进行食品生产前期的脱皮处理。将经过晾晒的花生倒入去皮机料斗中,经过摩擦脱皮,经过分离装置将皮米自动分离后排出。本设计的去皮机就是利用摩擦脱皮法,对花生仁果仁等类似果仁脱皮。其特点:小型机械,结构简单;易制造、易操作,成本低;对生产条件要求不高。
通过对脱皮部分与电机的选型配套,轴的选择及校核计算,传动装置的运动参数及动力参数的计算,结构设计与布置,及其强度校核以及密封装置的选择,使脱皮机具有运转平稳、成本低、维修方便。该机将广泛用于花生原料的初加工或者用于食品、花生鲜菜、饮料制品和花生露的加工。

Abstract
Peanuts peeling machine is mainly is to dry the peanuts through the food production for pre-peeling treatment. After drying in the sun will be poured into peanut peeling machine hopper, apron friction by peeling machine, after a separation device to pico automatically discharged after separation. The design of the peeling machine is to use friction peeling method, peanuts and the like peeling nuts. Its characteristics:small machinery, simple structure; easy to manufacture, easy to operate, low cost; on the production conditions do not ask.
Peeling some of the motor through the selection of matching, selection and check of the shaft design calculation, transmission of the motion parameters and dynamic parameters of the calculation, structural design and layout, and the strength of the choice of checking and sealing device, so that peeling machine is running stable, low cost, easy maintenance. The machine will be used in the initial processing of raw peanuts or for food, peanut fresh vegetables, beverages processing products and peanut dew.
