摘要
近年来，随着经济全球化进程的加快和我国加入世贸组织保护期结束，中国 经济高速增长，越来越多的国际资本瞄准中国市场，特别是建筑行业当前建筑市 场竞争日趋激烈，施工企业面临日益增大的财务风险。加强建筑施工企业财务风 险的研究是提高企业经济效益实现可持续发展的必由之路。树立财务风险观念, 建立全面风险管理防范体系，建立投标风险控制体系、加强合同风险、日常财务 工作、项目运作风险的控制，加强成本管理等是控制施工企业财务风险、提高企 业经济效益的有效措施。
本文主要针对目前建筑市场上的财务风险现状，分析建筑施工企业面临的 财务风险种类，提出了完善抵御财务风险的有效措施，以及建立财务风险控制体 系的原则和应注意的问题以及应把握的关键点。

Abstract
In recent years, with the accelerated process of economic globalization and the protection of China's accession to the WTO over China's rapid economic growth, more and more international capital targeting the Chinese market, particularly in the construction industry, increasing competition the current construction market, construction companies face increasing financial risk. Strengthen the financial risk of construction enterprises is to improve the economic benefit of sustainable development the only way. Establish the concept of financial risk, establish and improve risk prevention mechanism, moderate debt management, better cost
hi management and construction companies to control financial risk, and effective measures to improve economic efficiency of enterprises.
In this paper, the construction market for the current situation on the financial risk analysis of construction types of financial risks facing enterprises, by improving the effective measures against financial risk, financial risk control system and the establishment of the principle and should pay attention to the key iss
