杜仲叶饲料添加剂的研究
摘要
杜仲是我国特有的木本植物和经济林树种。由于杜仲具有防治高血压、提神抗劳、增强免疫功能、抗肌肉骨骼老化、清除体内“垃圾”、防癌抗癌等药理保健作用，杜仲被广泛应用于保健品、化妆品等的开发项目中。近些年来，杜仲叶作为饲料添加剂的研究颇为热门。
本实验分别采用两种枯草芽抱杆菌以及两种酵母菌对杜仲叶进行发酵，并对发酵后杜仲叶中绿原酸、多糖、蛋白质等成分的提取及测定。通过实验，我们确定了对于杜仲叶应用于饲料添加剂最合适的发酵菌种，可促进杜仲叶的深加工和利用。

ABSTRACT
Eucommia ulmoides oliv is Chinese endemic species of woody plants and economic forest tree species. Due to the prevention and control of eucommia ulmoides has high blood pressure, refreshing, enhance the immune function of fatigue resistance, ageing, musculoskeletal cleared body "junk", cancer prevention and fighting against cancer and pharmacological health care function, eucommia ulmoides oliv is widely used in health food, cosmetics, etc. In the development projects. In recent years, eucommia ulmoides oliv as feed additives research rather popular. The experiments were to use two kinds of bacillus subtilis and two yeast of eucommia ulmoides were, and after fermentation of eucommia ulmoides oliv chlorogenic acid in, polysaccharides, such as protein component of extraction and determination. Through the experiment, we determined the eucommia ulmoides oliv for applied to feed additive the most appropriate fermentation strains, can promote the deep processing and use of eucommia ulmoides oliv.（不准确）
