An enterprise in the process of development, in addition to master the advanced production technology, and maintain good of the industry and their customers, also need to have some of their field is to staff, in the ever-changing information age might be in an impregnable position, to enterprise staff information collection storage, and use for the service goal of human resource management system is particularly important. The Human Resources Management System isa typical application of managing information system (known as MIS), which mainly includes building up data-base of back-end and developing the application interface of front-end. Both Microsoft visual basic and Microsoft access are applied in programming. This system can query and modify the employee information , add new employees and soon.
