企业文化作为企业全体成员遵循的共同意识价值观念、行为规范和准则的总
和,它在企业经营管理的各个方面都发挥着不可替代的作用。企业文化以其强大的
心理激发力和召力去影响企业中的所有成员,引导他们朝着一定的目标奋斗。企业
员工是企业发展的重要资源,同时也是企业最难把握和控制的资源。在这种情况下,
企业有效的预防人才的流失,增强企业的人力资本逐渐成为企业提高自身核心竞争
力的关键。大量研究发现,组织承诺能够对企业员工的个体缺勤和离职行为起到有
效的预测作用。因此,通过研究企业文化和企业员工组织承诺之间关系的研究,以
提高员工对企业的组织承诺是当前学术界关注的热点问题。
本文的出发点基于目前企业文化对企业员工组织承诺具有的影响机制,进一步
采用理论与实证相结合的方法,即先从理论前提下提出两者关系的原始假设,然后
通过对企业员工进行问卷调查等方式进行定量研究来验证其是否成立。文章首先确
定研究主体,接着透过相关文献的收集与回顾,以进行文献的探讨和研究,并了解
国内外学者对于相关研究的内容及发现,进而建立本研究的架构及研究假设,然后
再综合相关文献量表完成问卷设计。经问卷回收及汇总整理后,以 SPSS 统计软件
进行资料统计分析企业文化特征对组织承诺的影响。
通过研究发现,企业文化的“关注内部”和“灵活性”对情感承诺具有显著正相关
影响;企业文化的“稳定性”与“关注外部”对情感承诺具有显著负相关影响;企业文
化的“关注内部”与“稳定性”对规范承诺具有显著正相关影响;企业文化的“灵活性”
与“关注外部”对规范承诺具有显著的负相关影响。

Abstract
Corporate culture,as mon sense of value ,norms and standards which all of
members must follow , plays an irreplaceable role in Corporate’s management .
Corporate culture, influences all members in this huge family with its strong
psychological incentive force, guides them to some certain goals. The employees as a
precious resource, is an essential factor for the development of the Corporate, but it is
also hardest to control at the same time. In this condition, the effective management
measure to prevent talents loss and to enhance intelligence capital, gradually e the
keypoint to improve Corporate’s petitiveness. A large amount of study found
mitment will e an effective prediction to employees’
absence . Therefore, through the study of Corporate culture and employee’s
mitment, in order to improve employee’mitment ,
is a hot topic of current academics .
This paper based on the influence mechanism of Corporate culture towords
employees mitment. Furthermore, combined the theoretical and
empirical , that is, put forward the original hypothesis of their relationship from the
theoretical premise first, then through questionnaire survey for quantitative study to test
whether it established. This article identi
