摘要
大学生思想政治教育作为高等教育的重要组成部分,对提高大学生的思想政
治素养,培养中国特色社会主义事业的建设者和接班人,有着举足轻重的作用。
大学生思想政治教育测评作为检验教育效果的重要环节,也是思想政治教育理论
研究与实践活动相结合的重要课题。构建科学、完善的大学生思想政治教育测评
体系,对大学生思想政治教育的进展和大学生思想政治工作的成败,都具有直接
关系。
本文在大思想政治教育观(以下简称大思政教育观)视野下,较为系统地梳
理了大学生思想政治教育测评体系四个层面的理论内涵,阐述了大学生思想政治
教育测评体系的理论意义与现实意义。在总结了古今中外思想政治教育测评历史
经验的基础上,立足于现实状况,以大思政教育观为指导, 构建大学生思想政治
教育测评体系, 在宏观方面需要具备大局的战略眼光、全面的系统思维和科学的
测评意识,在微观方面应当从测评指标体系的完善和测评工作的具体运行进行积
极探索。
依据导向性、真实性、可操作性、连续性、创新性的原则,构建出了一套大
学生思想政治教育测评指标体系。本文分析了指标体系的结构,包括测评指标、
指标权重、评价标准和评价结果。其中,指标体系包含了指导思想、组织建设及
发挥、制度建设及执行、工作实施、工作效果和特色工作6个一级指标,下设立二
级指标13个,具体测评点33个。最后,对大学生思想政治教育测评实践的主要方
法和实施步骤进行了说明。

Abstract
The Ideological and Political Education for university students is the important
constituent of the higher education, which does well to enhance graduates' thought
politics ability, raise the constructor and the essor of Chinese socialism. The
Ideological and Political Education for university students is the important part of and
important theme of the Ideological and Political Education for graduates. Building a
perfect and scientific evaluation system affects the improvement and the ess of the
Ideological and Political Education for university students straightly.
