随着经济全球化趋势的增强和第三方物流业的不断发展与成熟,第三方物
流企业之间的竞争日趋激烈,培育与提升第三物流企业核心竞争力对于其保持
在国内市场乃至国际市场的竞争优势地位有着十分重要的现实意义。本文首先
在阐述企业核心竞争力的有关理论的基础上,对第三方物流企业核心竞争力进
行了理论研究,并提炼出了第三方物流企业的核心竞争力的影响因素,提出了
第三方物流企业培育核心竞争力的方法和步骤。
()构建出一整套较为完善的第三方物流企业核心竞争力评价指标体系。
该体系由个层次, 个指标组成。主要由目标层、主准则层、分准则层和指
标层,其中目标一个,主准则个,分准则个和个指标。其中物流指标
个,占指标总数的,突出了物流企业的特色。
()确立了第三方物流企业核心竞争力评价方法体系。包括指标标准化、
权重确定和计算模型。一方面本论文中采用层次分析法计算权重。另一方面,
由于企业核心竞争力的评价具有模糊性,所以对于判断核心竞争力的强弱,采
用模糊综合评判比较合适。因而,在本文中采用层次分析法和模糊综合评判相
结合的方法来建立评价模型。
()通过实证研究,提出了中国第三方物流企业核心竞争力的培育策略。
通过对第三方物流企业定性和定量的研究,我们认为第三方物流企业应从六方
面培育核心竞争力:提高物流企业的管理创新能力;加强技术创新能力;加大
品牌营造力度;培育优秀的企业文化;培养物流核心人才;建立学****型人才。

With the enhancement of the trend of economic globalization and the development and
matures of the third party logistics industry, competition among the third party logistics enterprises
is ing increasingly intense. Base on the reason above, on the basis of explaining the relative
theory of enterprises petence at first, this thesis have carried on the theoretical research to
enterprises petence of the third party logistics, and refine the influence factors the core
competence of the third party logistics enterprises . This thesis puts forward the methods and steps
