中文摘要
纳米技术被全球公认为 21 世纪最重要的、发展最快的战略高新技术之一,对
电子信息、新能源、新材料、生物医药、生态环保等新兴产业发展有重大的引领
带动作用。苏州市纳米技术及其相关产业的发展,得到了苏州市政府及园区政府
的高度关注。因此,本研究围绕“如何进一步发展苏州市纳米技术及其相关产业”
这一主要问题,从区域创新系统的理论视角展开分析,验证区域创新系统运行机
制模型的同时,给出了继续发展的建议。
研究首先明确了主要研究问题与问题网络,接着确定理论分析视角,将区域
创新系统及成果转化方面的理论和模型作为分析解决问题的依据。在实证研究部
分,结合理论模型,通过“SWOT”与大事记分析法对个案进行分析,最后总结出
苏州市纳米技术及其相关产业取得的经验与存在的不足,并提出改善建议。
希望本研究一方面对苏州市纳米技术及其相关产业的发展有所裨益,另一方
面对类似于苏州的国内城市发展相关产业提供参考借鉴。

——Based on Theory of Regional Innovation System
Abstract
Nanotechnology, globally recognized as one of the most important and fastest
growing strategic high-tech in 21st century, is playing a leading role during the
development of emerging industries which relate to electronic information, new energy,
new materials, bio-medicine, and ecology and so on. And Government of Soochow and
Soochow Industrial Park pay high attention to nanotechnology and nano-industries.
Therefore, based on the theory of Regional Innovation System, this research tries to
answer the question which is "how to further develop the Nanotechnology and
Nano-industries in Soochow". Improved methods will be proposed by verifying the
Operating Mechanism Model of RIS.
Main study problems are defined at the beginning of the research,theories and
models concerning RIS as well as Achievement Transformation used in analyzing
problems are identified subsequently which could be considered as the basis of solving
study the part of empirical research, the case is analyzed with the methods
of „SWOT‟ and „Major Events‟. Finally, writer summarizes the essful experiences,
