Abstract: A comprehensive review of various dies & moulds, standard parts & components
and materials for dies & moulds exhibited on the 15th China International Exhibition on
Die & Mould Technology and Equipment was first presented. The technology development
status in Chinese dies & moulds, standard parts & components, die & mould materials and
CAD/CAE/CAM and intelligent die & mould was stated. The development trend of die &
mould technology and existing problems in our country were analyzed.
