摘 要
近年来,盒形零件的使用范围越来越广泛,与之相应的冲模设计也显得尤为重要。盒形零件冲压成形过程中坯料所受应力和变形沿周边不均匀分布,这给盒形零件的冲模设计技术提出了新的要求。
本文首先对冲压的发展应用、工艺特点、成形原理等进行了综述。然后对该盒形件展开工艺性分析,制定冲压工艺方案,计算毛坯尺寸和相关工艺力。重点在于根据盒形零件的结构特点设计冲模各零件结构尺寸,绘制各零件图和模具总装图。
该盒形零件材料为08钢,强度、硬度很低,而韧性和塑性极高,适合于制造拉深件。其直壁高度不大,可一次拉深成形,但与圆筒形拉深和冲孔部位距离较近。为了提高冲压成形设备的寿命,便于模具设备的维护,保证零件质量,本文采用正装式落料拉深复合模、圆筒形拉深模和倒装式冲孔模三套模具联合加工该盒形零件,并针对可能出现的成形缺陷提出改进措施。
盒形零件成形过程中坯料流动情况的复杂性决定了盒形零件试模过程的重要性。在盒形零件的实际生产中,可根据试模结果调整凸、凹模的圆角半径、间隙大小和压边力,从而消除制件缺陷。

Abstract
In recent years, the use of box-shaped parts is more and more wide, which makes the die design becomes particularly important. Owing to the stress and deformation of the billet distributing unevenly along the periphery during box-shaped parts stamping process, it proposes new requirements for die technology of the box parts.
First, this article reviewed the development of applications, technology characteristics, forming principle for the stamping. Then, to start technology analysis, constitute process scheme, calculate blank dimension and related technological force for the box - shaped parts. For the most important, the article designed each die parts structure according to the box-shaped part structure, drawn parts diagram and mold assembly diagram.
The box-shaped parts make of 08 steel. It has low strength, and hardness, high toughness and ductility, it is suitable for deep drawing parts manufacturing. Its straight wall is not too high, and can be completed by a deep drawing, but the cylindrical drawing parts close to the punching parts. In order to improve the life of stamping forming equipment, to guarantee parts quality, the article get the finished box parts by the blanking-drawing compound die, cylinder-shaped drawing die and the punching propose improv
