城市空巢老人社会支持系统研究——基于湖北省F市的调查

摘要
随着人口老龄化程度的不断提高,我国老年人口数量日益庞大,养老问题日益突出。
本文的关注点是城市空巢老人的社会支持系统,由于空巢老人的形成是个人、家庭、社
会多方面原因综合作用的结果,而社会因素在其中占着越来越重要的作用,而且中国的
养老问题是一个动态的发展过程,家庭成员虽然仍是空巢老人最主要的照顾资源,但家
庭的照顾功能正因为家庭规模的核心化、社会流动的加剧、独身子女政策的落实而越来
越弱,单单依靠家庭的力量是根本无法解决空巢老人问题的。所以研究空巢老人的社会
支持系统势在必行,它关系到现代化的进程、人们的生活质量、社会和谐和安定,是全
面实现小康社会的一个重要因素。
文章的第一部分介绍了研究背景、研究意义和研究内容与方法。笔者由于被身边的
生活小事所触动,有了灵感,在此基础上,通过对相关领域研究成果的总结与分析,最
终确立了这个题目。本文从经济支持、生活照料、情感支持三个方面进行探讨,对 F 市
空巢老人社会支持系统得以了解。运用质性研究的方法,对访谈对象在所研究城市的具
体情况有所分析的基础上进行选择,根据该地区空巢老人社会支持的实际影响因素来进
行,并对要访谈的个案进行了简单的情况介绍。第二部分介绍了 F 市空巢老人社会支持
的总体状况,通过对微观支持体系和宏观支持体系的分类分析与研究,展示了空巢老人
社会支持的现状,倾听了老人的心声。第三部分在对市 F 市空巢老人社会支持系统现状
的了解下,进一步分析此系统中所存在的问题。第四部分在对前文分析的指导下和现实
条件的允许下,对该系统提出了对策。最后进行了研究总结,从本文的研究发现、研究
局限以及本研究所要遵守的伦理道德等方面进行了总结,从而不仅保证了论文的完整
性,也保证了研究的完整性。

Abstract
With the improvement of aging population, the number of the elderly population has
been increasing in our country. The old-age problem has e acute. The attention of this
paper is the social support system of the empty-nest elderly in the city because of the
formation of empty-nest elderly are the results of bined effects from individuals,
families, society many reasons. munity among the factors plays an increasingly
important role. The Chinese old-age problem is a dynamic developmental process. Although
family members are still the main nursing resources of the empty-nest elderly, the family
nursing function has e weak that because the core of family scale, the increased social
mobility, the implementation of single child policy. Only relying on the strength of the family
can not fundamentally solve the problem of the empty-nest elderly. Therefore, researching on
the social support system of the empty-nest elderly is imperative. It is closely related to the
process of modernization, the quality of life, social ha
