【摘要】目的：探讨基于疾病诊断相关分组(DRGs)的病例组合指 数在医院住院科室绩效评价中的应用价值。方法：在医院岗位绩效考评中 引入DRGs,并在其基础上计算科室的病例组合指数(CMI),运用所得各科 室CMI值对业务报表中指标进行调整，评价各科室综合业绩。结果：不同 科室的CMI值不同，与其在本院的学术地位相吻合；经CMI值调整后的绩 效考评结果经临床调查以及专家组评估，较传统指标更为贴近实际情况， 评价更为合理。结论：基于DRGs病例组合指数在科室绩效评价能够与科 室收治病例的复杂和严重程度相匹配，可作为客观合理地评价不同科室绩 效的有效方法。

[Abstract】 Objective： To explore the application value of case mix index based on disease diagnosis related group (DRGs) in the performance evaluation of hospital : DRGs was introduced into the hospital job performance evaluation, and the case mix index (CMI) of the department was calculated on the basis of the performance evaluation, index in business report was adjusted by CMI value of each department, comprehensive performance of each department was evaluated. ResuIt： CMI value of different departments was different, which was consistent with the academic status in our hospital. After CM I value adjusted performance evaluation were closer to the actual situation compared with the traditional indicators according to the clinical investigation and expert group
