文档介绍：摘要自从上世纪以来,我国民办学前教育不断发展,并且引起社会的广泛关注,近年来, 民办幼儿园的各种问题不断涌现,比如:幼儿园收费高、乱收费,幼儿园课程设置花样繁多,儿童的课业负担重,同时幼儿园游戏的内容过少,不利于儿童的成长。在民办幼儿园的发展中,民办幼儿园教师的待遇与职业成长问题也不断受到社会的关注。由于对学前教育认识的不充分,加上政府制度和监管的不到位,民办幼儿园在为我国学前教育做出贡献的同时,却不能享受到与公办幼儿园同等的待遇,因此,很多民办幼儿园办园条件较差,在园儿童生活环境亟待解决。研究民办幼儿园的发展,不但可以拓宽我国学前教育的理论研究领域,而且丰富了我国的办学体制。在目前的形势下,民办幼儿园占据的了我国学前教育的半壁江山,民办幼儿园的好坏,对我国的学前教育有很大的影响。本文通过对新乡地区民办幼儿园的调查研究,访谈民办幼儿园的园长和教师,纵观我国民办幼儿园的发展历程,总结本地区民办幼儿园在发展中的问题,如民办幼儿园的收费问题,高价园和乱收费普遍存在于民办幼儿园之间,儿童课程设置小学化倾向严重, 很多民办幼儿园滥设特色班,民办幼儿园教师地位和待遇低,造成民办幼儿园师资短缺, 教师流动性大。针对以上问题,作者运用个案分析、实地调查本地区民办幼儿园的状况,并且对国家政策进行解读,对民办幼儿园未来的发展提出了理论思考与实践探索。理论上的思考主要是:政府对民办幼儿园的监管与扶植,通过政策促进教师的待遇和专业化发展;民办幼儿园为自己准确定位走普惠性发展道路;建立以园长为核心的管理队伍;开放办园,做好民办幼儿园对外宣传和形象树立;遵循幼儿身心发展规律、有效教学。实践上对民办那幼儿园的发展提出了两种设想,一种是完善连锁加盟民办幼儿园模式,另一种是强调政府主导的民办幼儿园和师范院校合作,并对以上两种模式进行了理性思考。关键词:民办幼儿园,问题与对策,可持续发展,儿童 ABSTRACT Sincelastcentury,the continuous development ofprivatepreschool education in our country,and caused widespread concern insociety,in recent years,private kindergartens and various problems emerge, suchas:hiIghfees,charges ofkindergarten,kindergarten curriculumvariety,children’S schoolwork burden, atthe蛐e timethekindergartengame content is too small,is not conducive tochildren’ the development ofprivatekindergartens,privatekindergarten teachers’treatment upation development problem hasbeenpaid closeaRenfion toby tothepreschool education knowledge not sufficient,and thegovernment regulationandsupervision is notinplace,privatekindergarten inpreschool education inChina contribute atthesame cannot enjoy thesame treatment、历mprivate kindergarten,therefore,a lotof private kindergartens conditions are not high,the children’S living environmenturgently on thedevelopment ofprivatekindergartens,Call not only broaden our preschool educationtheory researchfield,but thepresent situation,private kindergarten occupy half ofthecountry ofthepreschool education inChina,private kinderg;aI-ten isgood orbad,On China’Sp
