文档介绍:本科生毕业设计(论文) 1 摘要本课题结合生产实际,在农用运输车的基础上对低速载货汽车车架及悬架系统进行了设计。设计内容主要包括:参与总体设计;车架、悬架结构型式分析和主要参数的确定;车架、悬架结构设计。整个设计过程遵循以下原则和技术标准: 规范合理的型式和尺寸选择,结构和布置合理;保证整车良好的平顺性能。工作可靠,结构简单,装卸方便,便于维修、调整;尽量使用通用件,以便降低制造成本;在保证功能和强度的要求下,尽量减小整备质量。低速载货汽车上用得比较广泛的是边梁式车架和非独立悬架,因为边梁式车架和非独立悬架结构简单,比较经济实用,便于维修和改装。考虑到车架和悬架在整车设计中的作用,首先进行了车架、悬架的总体设计,然后对车架、悬架结构进行了设计,最后对车架、悬架的结构进行了受力综合分析,在次基础上确定了它们的主要参数。关键词: 低速货车,车架, 悬架,设计本科生毕业设计(论文) 2 ABSTRACT This bine d produc tion with the actual and based on the agriculture transport vehicle foundation , the low speed truck frame and suspension system have been designed . The main content of the design include : the design of the participation system , analysis of the structure pattern of the frame and suspension and determination of the main parameter , design of the structur eof the frame and suspension. During the entire design process , the principle s and the technical standard s are followed: the reasonable pattern and the size, the structure and arrangement ; the good smooth performance of the entire vehicle ; with reliable work, simple structure, loading and unloading, advantageous for the service and the adjustment; as far as possible general parts, in order to reduce the cost of the production , the function and the intensity request are guarantee d, the quality is reduce d as far as possible . The side frame and non- independent suspension are used quite widely on the low speed truck, because the side frame and non- independent suspension structure are simple, economical and practical, advantageous for the service and the refit . Considered the function of the frame and suspension in the entire vehicle design , first ly that the whole of the frame and suspension system is carried on design ing , then the structure of the frame and suspension h ave been carried on design ing , finally the stress generalized analysis of the structure of the frame and suspension has been carried on, their main parameter has been determined in the inferior foundation .
