Co 基合金在熔锌中腐蚀磨损机理的研究

摘要

热镀锌工业中沉没辊轴套材料的腐蚀磨损问题一直困扰着人们,沉没辊轴套和臂套滑
动配副在熔锌中的腐蚀磨损条件很苛刻,即在高应力状态下滑动腐蚀磨损。本论文在自行
研制的腐蚀磨损试验设备上模拟沉没辊轴套和臂套现场使用条件,对现有轴套进行成分正
交整合,筛选出不同性能优势的材料,通过研究其耐蚀性、力学性能以及腐蚀磨损性能,
以期找到一种综合性能优良的轴套材料,并对其磨蚀机理做出探究。
首先设计一个五因素四水平的正交实验,得到 16 种试样配方,对每种试样进行静态
腐蚀、力学测试和硬度测试,将每组数据整合后得到四种试样配方,分别是硬度优势试样、
抗弯优势试样、腐蚀优势试样和综合优势试样。对这四种试样进行空气中的干磨损和熔锌
中的腐蚀磨损实验,同时为了量化磨蚀机制,对替代合金 W-Mo 合金进行干磨损和磨蚀实
验。
分析结果后得出综合试样的摩擦系数最小,磨蚀速率最低,耐磨性最好;其次是硬度
试样、抗弯试样和腐蚀试样。腐蚀磨损机理主要包括磨料磨损、塑性变形、脆性断裂及脱
落。腐蚀产物与基体的显微硬度比值大小是导致材料腐蚀磨损失效的主要因素,比值越小,
材料的耐腐蚀磨损性能越好。
磨蚀失效过程中磨损占主导地位,约占总磨蚀流失量的 80%~90%。
对比空气中的干磨损和熔锌中的腐蚀磨损的参数,可知锌液在对磨过程中起到了一定
的润滑作用和抑制黏着磨损的作用。

ABSTRACT


The corrosion wear problem of dip-roll sleeve in hot-dip galvanizing industry has not been
solved, and it is working in a severe rugged enviroment that is sliding corrosion wear with high
stress. There is a corrosion wear equipment designed by ourselves to simulate the enviroment
which the dip-roll sleeve works in. The materials with some different better nature are selected
by dealing with the sleeve’ in orthogonal method. And then to find out the synthesis
sample and the abrasion mechanics, some experiments have been done.
First of all, a orthogonal experiments with five factors and four levels was designed, and
sixteen kinds of samples were got, which would be tested the corrosion nature, ductility, and
hardness. The datas were treated in a orthogonal way, and there were four further samples with
better hardness, better ductility, better corrosion nature and better synthesis nature. And doing the
wear experiment in the air and the corrosion wear experiment in the molten zinc with the four
samples with better natures, and meanwhile to make the
