论灾难及其报道
摘要：灾难，一个千古不变的话题。本文分析的灾难由社会灾难和自然灾难组成。社会灾难专指那些和灾难相关的社会冲突、政治危机、战争等社会矛盾的常态形式发展改变而造成灾难。因此社会灾难更多的和人为原因紧密相连，报道上难度更大、更复杂多变，需要更多的社会报道经验和更多的新闻敏感。自然灾难专指对自然生态环境、人居环境和人类及其生命财产造成破坏和危害的自然现象。在这方面的报道上难度应该说小于对社会灾难 ，不过仍需要记者有极强的社会责任感和高度的新闻敏感，本着以人为本的宗旨，多从人性化角度报道。社会灾难和自然灾难即使全部属灾难，不过因为二者产生的原因不一样，所以在报道上也不尽相同。经过对二者的比较，总结出在二者报道的手法的不一样。
Abstract：Disaster, an eternal topic. This paper analyzes the disaster by the society of disaster and natural disaster to form. Social disaster refers specifically those related to the disaster social conflict, political crisis, war and other social contradictions of normal form development change and lead to disaster. So social disaster more and human factors are closely linked, the report more difficult, more complex and changeable, need more social experience more news reports and sensitive. Natural disasters on to to the natural ecological environment, living environment and human life and property damage and harm of natural phenomena. In this report difficulty should say less than that on the social catastrophe, but still need to reporter has a strong sense of social responsibility and the height of the news sensitive, people oriented purpose, many reports from human nature Angle. Social disaster and natural disaster though belong to the disaster, but the causes of the two different, so in the report are not the same. Through the comparison of the two, summed up in both the technique of different reports.

灾难是指因为瞬间爆发、不可控制和难以预料的破坏性原因引发的，忽然超越当地区防灾力量所能处理的，大量人畜伤亡和物质财富毁损的事件。而灾难性报道，即是新闻媒体对各类灾难性事件的新闻报道，可大致分为自然灾难和社会灾难两类，也就是通俗意义上的“天灾”和“人祸”。[1]
一、社会灾难突发，媒体转变报道思绪，表现社会价值
一 社会灾难表现出突发性
伴随社会经济的发展，出现很多爆发社会灾难的隐患。从全球大环境来看，两极分化、经济发展不均衡、大国林立、宗教问题、政治冲突、领土纷争等等随时会造成大规模社会灾难。经过日常生活来看，社会灾难也无处不在，车祸、暴力、犯罪等等也会给人类带来灾难。一句话说来，当今社会正进入一个风险居多的社会。风险社会由著名德国社会学家乌尔里希贝克在1986年首次提出。
