摘要
网球运动自传入我国以来,得到了长足的发展,又因中国女子网球队在2004年雅典
奥运会上首获女双金牌,在2007年网球“大满贯”赛事中两度夺魁,以及网球项目在2008
年北京奥运会上的优良表现,使得国人对网球的发展充满期待。我省曾为国家网球队输
送过多名优秀运动员,获得雅典奥运会女子双打金牌的选手李婷就是来自湖北,现国内
WTA世界排名10位的运动员也是来自我省的李娜。因此,对我省女子网球运动员的竞技
水平进行诊断并提出发展对策有着十分重要的意义。
本研究运用文献资料法、观察法、特尔菲法、数理统计法以及逻辑分析等方法,对
我省女子网球的发展现状进行研究。调查发现:从湖北省历届全运会网球比赛的成绩和
湖北队队员入选在全国属于强队行
列,可是这种优势正在被各种因素削弱。在此基础上,创新地针对我省女子网球构建了
女子网球竞技水平的诊断评价指标体系。找出了我省女子网球存在的问题,为我省女子
网球运动的发展奠定了坚实的理论基础。
通过对我省女子网球竞技水平的现状我省女子网球运动员与国家运动员存在的差
距等进行分析与总结,提出了完善女子网球运动员培养机制,加强女子网球教练员队伍
建设;加强资源整合,拓宽发展渠道,解决资金问题;重视科技攻关,提高对抗能力;
进一步完善湖北省网球竞赛体系,推进网球职业化进程等具体发展对策,为我省女子网
球运动的发展提供了理论依据与参考。

Abstract
Since entering China ,tennis has gotten great , due to the Chinese
women's tennis team receiving its first women's doubles gold medal in Athens Olympic
Games in 2004 ,winning first prizes twice in tennis "grand slam" events in 2007, as well as
their good performance in tennis project during Beijing Olympic Games , Chinese people lay
full expectations on the development of tennis. Hubei province has sent many outstanding
athletes to our National Tennis Team ,including Li Ting, who has won the women's doubles
gold medal in Athens Olympic Games of 2004 ,as well as Li Na,who ranks among world top
ten WTA . Therefore, it's of great significance that evaluating petitive level of
women's tennis players in our province, and putting forwarding countermeasures for its
development .
This paper has studied the current development of women's tennis in our province by the
help of documents and materials study, field observeing, Delphi method,mathematical
statistics as well as logical found out that: Judging from our players'
performance in tennis tournament in the previous National Games, the number of selected
