Thank you for choosing our DY-40 electric hydraulic press. Please read the directions carefully after opening the package.
尊敬的顾客：
欢迎使用我公司DY-40型电动压片机。开箱后，请您仔细阅读说明书。
I.  Notice for Package-Opening I、【开箱注意事项】
1. Please check the packing list after opening the package. Preserve the maintenance parts and tool. Connect the power supply (AC220V 60Hz).
2. Loosen the handwheel of the oil-draining valve to unload (This press has been pressurized before it leaves the factory.).
3. Check whether the nuts on the columns are tightened. If there are loosened, tighten the columns and then tighten the nuts on the columns. Pay attention to this procedure.
4. Adjust the pressure gauge (red pointer) according to the required pressure.
Notice: The maximum pressurization for this press is 34MPa.
5. Place the testing briquetting under the screw to have a pressure-test.
6. Fasten the screw and the handwheel of the oil-draining valve, and then turn on the power switch (If pressure-holding is required, please adjust the relay of the pressure-holding to the required position.).
7. Check whether all nuts on the machine are tightened before opening the package. Tighten the nuts if they are loosened.
1、开箱后请查看装箱单，并保留好维修备件及专用工具。开箱后请接通AC220V，60HZ电源。
2、松动放油阀手轮泄压（因主机带压出厂）。
3、检查机器立柱上螺母是否有松动。如有松动，请先紧死立柱，再拧紧立柱上的螺母。注意顺序。
4、根据您所需要的压力调整压力表（红色指针）。注意不得超过机器所限最大压力40MPa。
5、请将试压块放在丝杠下进行试压。
6、紧死丝杠，拧紧放油阀手轮，启动电源（如果需要保压定时，请将保压定时继电器调整到需要的位置）。
7、拆箱前请检查仪器所有螺母及螺钉是否拧紧。如有松动，请紧死螺钉。
