摘要
摘要
流量标准装置就是用来复现流量量值，最终溯源到国家基本量基准的实验装置。其
主要作用就是对流量计进行检定和校准，确保流量量值的统一和准确可靠。
由于实验室计量检定的局限性，本文设计了移动式气体流量标准装置，作为实验室
标准装置的补充，实现了对无法送检气体流量计的现场检测。整套装置自动化程度高，
数据显示实时化，检测手段智能化；针对现场检测这一特点，本装置加装了现场环境监
测系统，对检测现场环境温度、大气压力等数据进行实时采集，并在最终数据处理时参
与补偿计算，从而使整套装置在整个计量过程中的准确性、快速性、可靠性等方面得到
了很好的保证。
本文从市场调研到课题的提出，从设计思想和基本工作原理的确立到硬件设计、软
件设计，都进行的详尽的阐述。经过近一年的努力，样机试制成功。本装置运行时性能
稳定、操作简便、性价比高、测量精度和测量重复性均达到了设计要求；软件界面直观，
人机交互性好。通过近三个月的实验调试，各项技术指标均能达到设计要求，满足计量
检定校准工作的需要。

Abstract
Flow standard device that is used to reproduce value of flow, ultimately traceable to the
country's basic value of the base of the experimental main role is to carry out
verification and calibration of the meter to ensure the flow unity and accurate and reliable.
Due to the limitations of laboratory,this paper designed a mobile gas flow standard
device,as a laboratory standard equipment complement, achieve the purpose of that the gas
meter's on-site entire device a high degree of automation, data show that
real-time, detection means intelligent;for the feature of on-site verification, the device
installed on-site environmental monitoring system for the detection of on-site ambient
temperature, atmospheric pressure data in real-time collection, and the final data processing
involved in the calculation of compensation, so that the entire device in the whole process of
measuring,the accuracy, rapidity, reliability and so on to be a very good guarantee.
