文档介绍：重庆大学硕士学位论文面向离散型制造业的通用型智能ERP技术研究姓名:王江涛申请学位级别:硕士专业:软件工程指导教师:龚卫国;张伟 20040426 中文摘要摘要人类社会已进入信息时代。信息技术的迅速发展加快了制造业的现代化与信息化的进程。提高企业竞争力、优化资源配置,采用信息化的方法将使我国制造业实现跨越式发展。信息化是当今社会世界经济和社会发展的大趋势,也是我国产业优化升级和实现工业化、现代化的关键环节。离散型制造业在我国制造业中占主导地位,但应用于国内离散型制造业的ERP系统普遍存在着开发周期长、开发成本高、实施难度大、可扩展性和可移植性不够强等问题。根据我们的调研分析发现,问题的核心在于面向离散型制造业的ERP系统通用性和智能性不够强。为此,我们开展了本课题的研究。针对核心问题所在,作者在总结以往经验的基础上,结合这类企业的实际情况和国内外的研究成果,通过采用软件工程方法学,在技术体系层面、业务逻辑层面分别就Web技术架构的选型与性能优化、通用数据交换技术、数据挖掘技术应用、业务流程重组技术、ERP规范等方面进行了详细的论述与研究。有针对性地在制造管理方法、成本管理方法、会计凭证生成和库存管理等方面就通用型智能ERP技术进行了深入的研究和实践,并在一定程度上通过部分模块的系统实现验证了论题的可行性和实用性。作者期望通过对通用型智能ERP技术的研究,改善目前ERP开发、实施过程中存在的相关问题,并最终提升离散型制造业的信息化水平。关键词:ERP,软件工程,UML,XML,BPR 英文摘要 ABSTRACT Human has entered lnformation rapid development of information technology accelerates thestep ofmodernization solution ofinforrnationalization can elevate enterprise’petence andoptimize resource means manufacturing enterprises inChina call realizerapid is not only thetrend ofsociety and economy development,but alsois akeystone forupgrading manufacturing enterprise’petence The discretemanufacturing plays aleading role in China manufacturing, but up tO now+the application anddevelopment of ERP system inthe discrete manufacturing haslotsofproblems,such aS,longdeveloping period forneedsanalysis tosystemimplement andmaintenance,high cost ofsoftdevelopment,difficulty inERP application,scarcity ofexpansibility andtransplant, to our investigation analysis and research,we have verdiscover thatthekey reaSon about theseproblems is because ERP system Can’t be ofgeneral character resolve this problem,we carry onaninvestigation in our research.
