As the trade between China and USA grows rapidly , trade frictions between these two countries have also been happening frequently. Trade friction between China and the US also will frequently occur. This paper focuses on the evolution of China and USA IPR protection course and friction analysis of the causes of the current situation of China's intellectual property research , this will help us to understand the nature of the friction and causes of it, but also provide inspiration for our country to deal with current and future intellectual property protection intense friction. Keywords: Intellectual Property Protection; China-US trade; Trade Friction; Core Technology 一绪论(一)研究背景步入知识经济时代,在科学技术飞速发展的当代,“经济全球化”和“知识经济”已经成为世界经济的主要表现。而在科学技术飞速发展的世界, 两大突出经济特征的交融表现就是知识产权在国际贸易和国际投资中的地位与曰俱增。它影响世界经济贸易交流, 代表了广大的经济利益[8]。世界范围内对于知识产权的矛盾不断发生, 从而引发政府间知识产权问题的冲突与争端。从 20 世纪 90 年代以来中美两国之间曾爆发
