中文摘要
【目的】观察骨碎补总黄酮对去势骨质疏松动物模型假体周围骨组织形态影响,探
讨其在防治人工关节假体无菌性松动的作用。
【方法】将 32 只 6 月龄雌性新西兰大白兔,随机分为 4 组,治疗组为骨碎补总黄酮
组,对照组为空白组、模型组、阿仑膦酸钠组,除空白组外,其余 3 组切除双侧卵,
骨质疏松模型建立成功后,将氧化锆陶瓷假体植入四组动物模型左侧胫骨髓腔,骨碎
补总黄酮组以骨碎补总黄酮组生药粉灌胃,阿仑膦酸钠组以福善美灌胃,空白组和模
型组均以蒸馏水灌胃。在给药 12 周后进行假体周围感兴趣区骨密度及骨组织形态计
量学测定和分析。
【结果】骨碎补总黄酮组假体周围局部感兴趣区 BMD 较模型组明显升高,具有显著
性差异(P<)。骨组织形态计量学结果显示:骨碎补总黄酮组所有参数(BV/TV%、
、;、OS/BS、MAR、BFR /TV、% ;、ES/BS)较模
型组均有明显改善。
【结论】骨碎补总黄酮可明显降低原发性骨质疏松所致骨高转换,抑制假体周围骨
吸收,促进骨形成,增加假体周围骨密度,改善骨质量,维持骨微结构的完整性,能
降低骨质疏松兔假体松动率的发生。

Abstract
【Objective】To observe the effect of total flavone of rhizoma drynariae on the bone
histomorphology surrounding the prosthesis in ovariectomized osteoporosis animal model,
and to investigate the prevention and treatment of the aseptic loosening of prosthesis by
total flavone of rhizoma drynariae..
【Methods】Thirty-two 6-month-old female New Zealand white rabbits were randomly
divided into 4 groups, treatment group is the total flavone of rhizoma drynariae group,
control group are blank group, model group and alendronate group. All groups (except of
the blank group) received resection of bilateral ovarian to establish osteoporotic rabbit
models. After 24 weeks, the osteoporosis model eed, then all groups were implanted
zirconia ceramic prosthesis into the left tibial marrow cavity, total flavone of rhizoma
