摘 要:大学生职业价值观结构的理论探讨,是有效开展就业指导工作的关键,尤其有利于深入剖析、处理目前大学生择业中表现出的很多不良心态。借鉴国外早期研究范式保持理论延续性的思绪,从大学生择业过程出发,剖析、构建了职业价值观结构的三个基础层面:目标、手段和规则,并据此编制了有关大学生职业价值观结构的调查问卷。京内七所高校调查数据的结构方程模型分析结果显示,构想的基础层面关系均达成高拟合度,其在反应原因间故有联络、揭示当今普遍择业取向的基础上,还从中介变量检测的定量分析中,证实了物质福利保障原因的基础地位和终极性价值观对工具性的主导作用。�

  Abstract:Theoretic discussions on the structure of career values are the key to carrying out career guidance effectively. Especially, it is inductive to make an in�depth analysis and solve the negative attitudes in the job choice of the college students. With the thoughts of early foreign research with theoretical continuity, the paper starts from the job choice of the college students and analyzes and builds three fundamentals of the career value structure: aim, measures and rules. And then it designs the questionnaire on the career value structure of the college students. By analyzing the equation of structures of the data collected in seven universities in Beijing, it finds that the correlation of the designed fundamentals has a high degree of fitting. The paper reveals the inherit correlation of the indicators, finds out the current common job choice and proves the fundamental position of the welfare guarantee factors and the dominant role of the ultimacy value on the instrumental function by the quantitative study on the detection of the mediating variables.�
