随着高校的逐年扩招,在校大学生的人数越来越多,使得这一群体的成长成为家长、
学校和社会共同关注的一个焦点。在校大学生的成长过程是个体社会化的过程,而大学
阶段是个体成才发展的重要阶段,是大学生社会化的关键时期。大学生社会化程度的高
低将直接影响到社会的进步和个人的发展。培养高素质的人才不仅依靠课堂教学,而且
需要依靠校园文化的熏陶,学生社团组织正是校园文化活动的重要载体。大学教育就是
要努力促使大学生社会化,使他们成为符合社会发展要求的合格人才。近年来,大学生
社团发展迅速,大学生参与社团的热情激增,社团成为大学生课外活动的首选,可以说,
大学生社团在提高学生综合素质发挥着重要作用,已经成为了影响大学社会化的重要因
素,能对大学生社会化起到重要的作用。
本文主要从社会化的角度来研究大学生社团,采用文献研究和对部分师生的访谈,
对大学生社团在大学生社会化中的作用进行了分析研究。联系实际分析目前学生社团对
大学生社会化作用还存在哪些不足,在实践层面为使大学生社团在大学生社会化进程中
更好发挥作用提出了几点建议,从而不断地完善和推进大学生社会化过程。

Abstract
Along with the constant increasing of the college enrollment, the number of
undergraduate students is increasing annually. Students’ development es a focus
emphasized by parents, college and society. The progress of college students’ development is
identical to the progress of individual socialization; the college level is an important stage of
individual development, as well as a critical period of students’ socialization. The level of
students’ socialization directly influences both the development of society and individual.
Culturing of high-quality talent needs not only classroom teaching, but also campus culture.
