劳动力流动背景下的村庄秩序——豫东南S村的个案分析

摘要
本研究在调查方法上采用深度访谈法。通过两次共历时一个多月的实地调查,
对 S 村内近四十位不同身份的村民进行深度访谈获得第一手资料。本文在分析方法
上采用定性分析方法,结合相关研究文献和调查所得资料分析劳动力流动对村庄秩
序的影响。
本研究以豫东南 S 村为个案,通过对村庄内部面向的深入考察,分析当前劳动
力外流村庄中村庄秩序的运行逻辑,指出劳动力外流造成传统村庄秩序逐渐解体,
村庄秩序失调。
村庄秩序是本文研究的重点,所谓村庄秩序是指在乡村社会结构各要素之间平
稳有序地互动中,村庄社会所处的相对稳定和均衡的状态。影响村庄秩序的因素很
多,本文主要考察劳动力外流对村庄秩序的影响。在本文的分析中,通过对 S 村纠
纷调解、婚丧仪式的变化以及村庄留守人员的状况三个层面的深入考察,指出劳动
力外流造成村庄主体缺失、村庄资源外流、村民传统价值观念弱化,促使传统村庄
秩序解体。
最后,本文进一步讨论指出,劳动力流动造成村庄内亲密社群的非亲密化以及
村民本体性价值的丧失。

Abstract
This study uses in-depth interview method, getting the first-hand material from about
forty villagers during a month field survey. And it uses qualitative analysis analyzing
village order affected by the labor force outflow.
Taking a village of southeast Henan as a case, this paper analyzes the logic of village
order in labor force outflow village, revealing the traditional village order toward
disintegration and imbalance by the influence of labor force outflow.
Village order is the focus of this paper. Village order is the stable and balanced state
during the smooth and orderly interaction of rural social structure elements. There are
many factors affected village order, but this paper only focus on the labor force outflow.
This paper points out the main villagers deficiency, resources flowed away, traditional
value ing weak through the analysis of village internal disputes mediation, the
change of wedding and funeral ceremony and the situation of persons staying in S village.
At last, this paper gives a further discussion, and it points out non-intimate of the
intimate group and the ontology value lost of villagers by the influence of labor force
outflow.
