I would like to express here my long-cherished
gratitude and respect for Professor Ye Huanian, whose
meticulous scholarship inspired me both in my
undergraduate years and now.
I also feel grateful to all the other teachers that
offered me kind help in my years of study. Without
them, I might not have had so smooth a journey during
my soon-to-be-gone youth.
