摘要
企业家社会资本对企业起着至关重要的作用,关系到企业的生存与发展,它在社会学、经
济学、管理学等学科领域正受到越来越多的重视。对企业家社会资本的研究成了研究的一个新
的视角。笔者重点从民营企业家社会资本与民间融资关系进行研究,从而提供了新的视角同时
也促进了学科融合的趋势。
论文第一章简要介绍了笔者选题的依据、目的意义、思路与方法以及论文的创新点,从而
为论文的写作奠定了基础。第二章主要从理论视角进行分析,对企业家社会资本与民间融资的
相关理论作全面的探讨;同时对企业家社会资本与民间融资的概念和构成作了介绍,给论文的
写作提供了扎实的理论根基。在此基础上第三章重点对企业家社会资本与民营企业的关系进行
分析,分别从企业家的个人社会资本、市场社会资本以及组织社会资本与民间融资的关系视角
来分析,强调企业家社会资本不仅是民间融资的必要手段也是融资的必要过程。第四章针对企
业家社会资本与民间融资的关系研究提出对策建议。

ABSTRACT
Social capital of entrepreneur plays an important role in enterprise, which is related to the
survival and development of enterprise. It has attracted more and more attention not only in sociology
but also in economics and management and it has been a new research perspective. The author mainly
focuses on researching the relationship between social capital of entrepreneur and non-governmental
financing, which provides a new perspective and promotes a tendency bination of different
fields.
The thesis introduces briefly the foundation of subject selection, purpose, way of conception,
method and creative point of paper in first chapter in order to pay foundation of writing the thesis.
From the perspective of theory in second chapter, the relative theories of social capital of entrepreneur
and non-governmental financing are discussed fully and the conception and constitution of them are
introduced, which pay a theoretical foundation of writing the thesis. Based on it the relationship
between social capital of entrepreneur and non-governmental financing is studied mainly in third
chapter from the perspective of individual social capital, marketing social capital anizational
social capital respectively and the chapter shows that social capital of entrepreneur is the necessary
way and necessary process to proc
