摘要：随着经济、社会的快速发展和科学技术水平的不断提高，新 技术、新工艺、新材料、新能源得到了广泛地应用，同时，诱发火灾发生 的因素也越来越多，发生火灾的危险性也越来越大。建筑火灾对人们生命 财产的危害最为直接、最为严重，一直是火灾防治的主要方面，因此建筑 防火问题成为了当今社会的热点话题，鉴于我国建筑防火存在的问题，根 据我个人多年工作的经验，简单的对建筑防火设计做一下论述。
关键词：高层建筑；防火设计；特点；措施
Abstract: : with the rapid development of economy, society and constantly improve the level of science and technology, new technology, new technology, new materials, new energy has been widely used, at the same time, the inducing factors of fire more and more, the risk of fire is becoming more and more big. 引言：根据火灾发生的场合，火灾主要可分为建筑火灾、森林火灾、 工矿火灾、交通运输火灾等类型。其中建筑火灾对人们的危害是最直接、 最严重，因为各种类型的建筑物是人们生活和生产活动的主要场所，也是 财产高度集中的场所。可以说，建筑火灾一直是火灾防治的主要方面，在 各个国家、各个历史时期都是如此。造成当前建筑火灾比较突出的因素是 多方面的。随着我迅速提高，建筑业得到了突飞猛进的发展, 不仅各种建筑物的数量大大增加，而且出现了许多新型、大型、高层和特 殊类型的建筑。这些建筑的使用功能和所使用的材料也发生了巨大变化， 建筑物内使用的电力、热力设施大大增加，从而使其火灾危险程度发生了 很大变化。
