文档介绍：Research on improvingthe quality of studentsin Higher Vocational Colleges in Shaanxi ——TheShaanxi youthvocational college as an example A Dissertation Submitted for the Degree of Master Candidate:Tang Na Supervisor:Prof. Du Xiangmin Chang’an University, Xi’an, China 万方数据万方数据 i 摘要生源质量是高职院校人才培养质量的重要组成部分,直接关系着高职院校的发展。这几年,随着我国高校招生改革的不断推进,高职院校的生源质量面临着诸多方面的问题。原来的以高考成绩、志愿填报两个指标评价生源质量的评价方法不全面,不但不符合高校的选拔要求,也不符合高考改革的方向,已不能适应现在高考招生的新形势。在这种情况下,做好高职院校的招生录取工作,建立新的生源质量评价体系,显得更为重要。本文的研究,来自于陕西青年职业学院招生工作实践,通过对招生生源质量的评价来完善学校的招生录取工作。全文以陕西青年职业学院招生生源信息分析为背景,基于评价理论开展相关的研究。本文主要利用文献研究法、实证分析法和比较分析法、定性研究与定量研究相结合的方法对学校招生生源质量进行分析。文献研究法给该课题的研究提供了全面、系统的理论支持。以陕西青年职业学院为案例,从纵向和横向上分析其生源质量的构成,对陕西高职院校生源质量的状况正确定位,全面、系统地反映陕西省高职院校生源质量存在的问题,并对提升陕西省高职院校生源质量提出针对性措施。关键词:高职院校,招生,生源质量,评价体系,对策万方数据 ii Abstract The quality of students is an important part of the quality of talent cultivation in higher vocational colleges, directly influences the development of Higher Vocational colleges. In recent years, as China's college enrollment reform, of the students in higher vocational colleges face the problems of quality. Evaluation of the college entrance examination scores, volunteer two indexes to evaluate the quality of students of the original method is not comprehensive, not only meets the selection requirements, also do not accordwith the direction of the reform of college entrance examination, has not been able to adapt to the new situation now college entrance examination.
